When will my order be shipped?

Orders ship 3-5 business days after being placed. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you offer local pickup or in person shopping?

We are located in Idabel, Ok at the Rusty Rooster booth #14 for in person shopping. We also provide local delivery, you may contact us by text or call to place an order.

Can an order be returned or exchanged?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges, but please contact us if an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item.

What ingredients are your products made with?

A full list of ingredients is provided in each product description. Please review the list of ingredients to determine if our products are right for you.

Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. The current processing time is always listed on the black header bar at the top of our website.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout. The shipping label is printed with the address exactly as entered. If there is an error, email us at woodlandsco23@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot change the shipping address once the label has been created and the order is in transit. 

We pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, but once an order is picked up by the carrier, it is out of our hands. We cannot be responsible for delayed or misdelivered packages. If you have any problems with your order delivery, please contact us so we can help.
